The American Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you for a discussion roundtable with the Ministry of Finance on Tax policy update - Income Tax to be held on 4 October at 9.00 at the AmCham.
During a roundtable with Mr Stanislav Kouba, a Director of Income Tax Department, we will have the opportunity to discuss taxation of the digital economy, tax data information box (daňová informační schránka), tax harmonization, research and development tax allowance support and other relevant topics in income tax. What is a stance of the Czech Republic, particularly the Ministry of Finance, toward taxation of the digital economy? Does the Czech Republic take into account (rather restrained) attitudes of other EU member states? How could the system of tax data information box be enhanced? Is it possible to facilitate procedure of the research project submission in advance to apply for the tax allowance support?
