On June 28 at 9.00 - 11.00 the AmCham hosts a discussion roundtable on quotas for work permits for foreigners with the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Interior.
The discussion will cover decision of the cabinet to gain full control over the number of work permits for foreigners. The aim is to simplify the application for the work permits which now can take a year to process in oder to meet needs of the labour market. The need is even more urgent these days of the bark beetle calamity. The quotas policy will be discussed by Ms Šárka Marušáková, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pavla Novotná, Jindřiška Sedláková and Ondřej Brychta from the Ministry of Interior.
