Executives spend more time on managing people and making people decisions than on anything else, and they should. No other decisions are so long-lasting in their consequences or so difficult to unmake. Increasing pressure on HR and salary budgets requires to make high quality decisions at all circumstances. Trend setting countries started implementing psychometric tools into business processes in 70s. How Central & Eastern European countries perceive added value of psychometrics today? How can HR even more support executives in their people related issues? This workshop will explore the main aspects of using psychometrics in leadership.
