What

Amending the Labor Code is among priorities of the Czech Government that were announced in the Governement Proclamation in August 2010. The proposed changes mirror the negative practical experience of Labor Code users with the 2007 amendment and rulings of the Constitutional Court. The aim of drafters was to increase flexibility of the labor market, reduce administrative costs of businesses and stregthen the principle of freedom of contract. Were these targets met? What are the major changes and what impact will they have on business operations in 2012? The event is tailored to business needs. AmCham members are cordially invited to attend the seminar and get the freshest update on labor free of charge. The seminar will be held in Czech.
