Amcham would like to invite you for a preparatory meeting for a discussion with the Justice Minister Marie Benesova to be held on January 21. We would like to meet and discuss questions and prepare a briefing document assessing the situation from a private, commercial perspective.

We will categorize our questions in four areas: 1) predictability of rulings, 2) economic knowledge of officials, 3) administrative functioning of courts, and 4) political or other bias.
