Petr Havlik helped found ODS. He left the party a few years later. Now he is back at the head of Obcane.cz, and wants to fix the wrongs he claims ODS did to the ideals of the conservative movement. With ODS battling itself, and losing voters according to the polls, will Havlik be able to fill the growing vacuum on the right?
