CSSD is leading the polls by a large margin, which makes Jiri Paroubek the probable prime minister. The party has strengthened their appeal by making a series of promises to expand or increase social care. Their opponents charge that these promises would dangerously overload the already indebted state budget and hurt business. How does Mr. Paroubek answer this charge?
