What
Digitization is the key to optimizing production, as well as what will make sustainability commercially sustainable. The companies that will thrive in the transition are the ones that understand that digitization is like every other change process, and to succeed companies have to optimize what, when, and how they make the change.
Getting the biggest results from the smallest change requires studying the possible benefits, the probable costs, and mapping out the process so that each step creates more possible gains in the nest step. In the second Modern Manufacturing case study, Petr Knap of EY will provide an overview of what is happening in the region, and Martin Vondrak of Continental will walk his peers through a case study of Continental's comprehensive upgrade.
