A corporate culture that leverages diversity and creates an environment where all groups feel included will contribute to maintaining a competitive advantage, being an employer of choice and, ultimately, to delivering profitable growth. The context in which we do business is rapidly changing due to globalization and technological development. In order to remain competitive in this environment, employers need to manage and capitalize on an increasingly diverse talent pool. Companies that successfully do this experience better financial performance, higher customer satisfaction, employee motivation and improved brand image. Greater diversity enables us to create teams that make better business decisions, tap into broader talent pools, create a more interesting working environment, better understand our customers, appeal to broader customer segments and successfully enter new markets.
