On 20 November, 9-11 a.m., in AmCham, the Labor Code Working Group will meet. We will discuss the conceptual amendment of the Labor Code whose preparation was just initiated by Minister Nečas. We have contacted the head of a working group appointed by the Ministry and agreed on collaboration. Attached is AmCham position paper from last June. At the meeting, we would like to assess and update this document and discuss possible cooperation with the Confederation of Industry and Trade.
