On January 25, AmCham Labor Code Committee will meet to finalize the AmCham Position Paper on the Labor Code. Please see attached a draft Paper. Any comments are required in writing to law@amcham.cz by January 23. The session will also serve as a preparatory meeting for the January 29 Roundtable with Dr. Petr Bezouška, the main drafter of the amendment to the Labor Code that is now being prepared at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Any member is welcome to attend both events. Events are will take place at AmCham offices at Dusni 10 and are held in Czech.
