Following the regular IT committee meeting there will be a workshop on: Personal Dataf Protection for IT/Marketing companies. Areas to be discussed: - personal data: definition and practical examples; - processing of personal data, obligations of companies; - practical examples: discussing questions and topics brought up by IT & Marketing committee members - other means of protecting information (confidentiality clauses, business secrets and know-how); - sanctions resulting from breach of the above-mentioned legal framework.
