Regular meeting of AmCham HR Committee. As a part of the meeting the topic of Predicting Employee Behavior - How is HR analytics changing the industry will be presented and discussed. Facilitator of the talk: - Michal Osuský of KPMG The HR function will change dramatically in a couple of years. The introduction of data analytics will impact substantially some of the core HR practices, such as hiring, retention management, performance management, etc. The basic principles of HR analytics will be explained, and some examples of how it can be implemented will be shown. Projections of the future development in the field will be revealed.
