Regular meeting of HR Committee members followed by a Ten-Minute Talk, this month on Effective Execution. EFFECTIVE EXECUTION: The Art of Bringing Meaningful Visions to Life by Jaroslav Průša of Next-L Group The talk is primarily intended for senior leaders who seek inspiration on how to bring their visions to life more easily and with better results. By choosing the right approach, truly effective leaders are able to harness natural energy and potential of everyday situations and in real time facilitate desired changes in people’s attitudes and behavior. We will focus on exploring five defining moments of effective execution in which we as leaders can either reinforce the momentum for change, or lose it. During this interactive presentation and discussion you will discover proven ways and practical tips on how to move from unnecessary top-down pressure to inspiring greater trust, engagement, and responsibility. To maximize your take-aways from this talk, it would be beneficial to prepare for the discussion by reflecting on your own experience when you had to adopt to changes and times when you were actively promoting change.
