The one constant in business is change. How are the leaders today dealing with change and how do they drive it in the companies and their people? The panel members will discuss their roles in managing change, describing too whether they have implemented change using their internal resources or with help of external sources. What obstacles need to be faced, especially amongst the staff who grumble “here we go again, change for the sake of change?!” What, if anything, should not be changed?
