The singers of the Holton-Arms Upper School Chorus (), girls in grades nine through twelve, will present a stylistically varied repertoire including several contemporary pieces. Founded in 1901 in Bethesda, Maryland, nineteen years before women had the right to vote, Holton-Arms is an independent school for girls in grades three through twelve. Jessie Moon Holton and Carolyn Hough Arms had a vision of the vast possibilities for women in our complex and ever-changing world. The School continues to embrace Mrs. Holton’s goal to develop the unique potential of each girl and to educate “not only the mind, but also the soul and spirit.” Ticket price: 150,- Kč (incl. alcoholic or non alcoholic welcome drink) Registration: registration@amcham.cz Program: Selections from the repertoire below SACRED SONGS & SPIRITUALS Hark, I Hear the Harps Eternal [1997] arr.
