The scene: Two-party negotiation between a company's chief financial officer and the head of the human resources department regarding the budget for the department's reorganization. How will we work? The workshop will be largely practice-oriented. You'll be able to practice your negotiating skills in an engaging Harvard university role play, with feedback from your facilitator and fellow participants on your effectiveness. We´ll discuss participant questions and their practical insights. You will leave with a concrete action plan for your next negotiation. Who should attend?
