What
In 2018 the financial world has witnessed considerable developments on transfer pricing. The OECD kept working on the implementation of the outcomes of the changes incorporated in the 2017 Transfer Pricing Guidelines, as well as on further guidance on new topics. In early July 2018, OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration released its long-awaited discussion draft on the transfer pricing of financial transactions and sought input from stakeholders.
BEPS legislation is transforming how global businesses document, report, and file taxes in countries around the world. The legal regulation of transfer pricing rules is not entirely concrete in Czech law, and practices are based on basic legal principles and international recommendations. It is all the more important to seek unifying application practice.
“Czech Financial administration has introduced a range of transfer pricing measures and is focusing on analytical work to find the right tax payment method for transfer pricing,” says the director of General Financial Directorate.
Come and join us for the discussion on transfer pricing and BEPS in the Czech Republic with the Head of Section of International Taxation - direct taxation, Department of Income Tax II General Financial Directorate Mr. Vitezslav Kapoun.
