What
An innovative economy requires an innovative workforce. But what is an innovative workforce? What are its primary skills? And doesn't innovation require more than a set of skills? Doesn't the innovative company need people whose mindsets creatively use the skills they have and a leadership that both inspires and then manages the sparks that create something new?
We keep talking about the innovative workforce. Yet, innovative may mean the same thing, but require different skills and creativity to a manufacturer and to a restaurant owner. A discussion with Rebecca Grattan of Avast, Michel Perret of Carrier Refrigeration, Ondřej Krajíček of Y Soft Corporation, Sanjiv Suri of Zátiší Group will address key qualities of an innovative workforce, how companies recruit those qualities, develop those qualities, and what the public sector can do to widen and deepen the pool of innovative citizens.
