The country has almost steered its way through covid, and now can focus fully on rising up the ranking of the world's most innovative economies. The EU Recovery Fund and adjusted budget provide some seed money to start the surge. What is most needed, however, is wave after wave after wave of private investment into high tech product development. How does the private sector and public sector work together to create a pool of innovative individuals who can move from idea to research, to large-scale production, to global commercialization, and then move on to the next product?
