One of the greatest issues facing organizations today is finding and attracting IT Talent. This particular group poses unique challenges that are proving difficult to understand and overcome and, at the same time, their skills and experience are vitally needed by organizations. This event aims to give the audience an overview from different perspectives of what these challenges are and what strategies different professionals are using to hire the IT talent that they need.
