For the first time, Randstad Czech Republic has joined the biggest global and independent study: Randstad Employer Brand Research, which covers in total 30 countries and 175 000 employees. Randstad have asked more than 7400 Czech employees which of the 150 largest Czech companies they would consider to be the most attractive employers and also what drivers are important for them when looking for a new job, how they look for a job, what makes them stay with current employer and what makes them leave. At the meeting Randstad will share their insights & findings from the study.
