The buzzword in the marketing industry nowadays is efficiency, meaning how to create and manage a marketing campaign that delivers tangible ROI. Social and digital media should be a marketers dream tool, right. Never before have we been privy to such a range of tools that help us to measure and analyse, micro-target, and peek into the minds of potential customers.
