Is your company or organization currently using a CRM solution? OR Have you been thinking about implementing one? Either way you might want to attend an upcoming workshop organized by the Chamber’s IT Committee on the pros and cons, ups and downs of proposing, implementing and maintaining CRM systems. This workshop, focused on different users’ personal experiences with CRM solutions, is meant to offer feedback and spark discussion that will help attendees assess their own CRM set-up and/or better plan any future implementation.
