What

Advanced media training focused on difficult communication situations and crisis communication. It is based on knowledge of the media environment and focuses on practising real situations in front of a camera in the presence of an experienced television reporter. It also includes lessons on preparing good statement for media with relevant information and elimination of bad decisions. Theoretical part: - introduction, advices, tips, examples Practical part: - 3-4 questions for participants recorded on the videocamera - private evaluation of each participant, recommendations Language: CZECH Limited capacity: 10 people Price: CZK 2 500,- + VAT per person Lecturers: Jitka Novotná Jiří Borovec Jiří Borovec Jiří is an experienced TV reporter. He used to work for Prima TV and TV Nova where he worked at the position of the Head of TV News. Currently he works in the media industry. Jitka Novotná Jitka has been working with media more than 10 years. She executed managerial positions in the field of public and government relations in multinational companies like General Electric or Anglian Water Group (AWG). For the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague, she worked as a deputy director with responsibility for internal and external communications. Further on, she strengthened her experience in communication and media relations as a spokesperson of the Czech Airlines (CSA). Since 2008, she has been working as a consultant for public relations and media, and managing the j&n publicity PR agency. Her clients are the National Agency for European Educational Programmes (NAEP), the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague, Coca-Cola Company, the Ministry of Education, the Banking Institute - the College of Banking, Merck, Novartis, Biotronik, Lexum, and others.
