Covid-19 has had a widespread and immediate impact on real estate industry and its position, mainly due to the trade activities being shut down overnight. How is the crisis impacting the legal aspects of real estate market? How is it effecting tenants-landlords´ relations?

• State interference in leases of commercial premises (impossibility to terminate leases when certain conditions are met) and summary of other intended actions of the government in the field of Real Estate.
