The case study workshop on Reorganization in Insolvency Proceedings that will is held on October 7, 1 - 5 pm at the Chamber offices, Dusni 10, Prague 1. Three experienced experts - two US federal judges and 1 internationally recognized insolvency practitioner - who participated in drafting of the new Czech Insolvency Act will share with attendees the globally acknowledged best practices in the area of reorganization. Please see the outline of the workshop and the speakers’ CVs. The workshop is held in English and is intended for legal practitionners who represent clients in insolvency proceedings.
