What

A session of the Labor Code Committee is called to agree on an advocacy strategy regarding its position paper. Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has just sent out several draft amendments of labor and employment related acts into a short commentary round (please see attached). The scope of the draft amendment to the Labor Code is unfortunately very modest. I would like to ask any members who find time to read the materials and send comments (in Czech language) to ihavlova@amcham.cz by Monday August 23, 9 am, to do so. Also, members of the committee running for positions of a chairperson and vice-chairperson will be introduced at the session on September 22.
