No. of your golf players before May 19 - registration@amcham.cz Green Fees to be invoiced by May 22/per team: · CZK 13 200 + VAT (15%) per team Each team will cover golf fees for 4 playing persons (representatives of member company plus business clients for ex.) to AmCham Please note, that after May 19, your registration/team registration is mandatory and green fee will be invoiced to you.
