Václav Bartuška has served as an Ambassador-at-Large for Energy Security at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic since 2006. A teacher of security studies and modern history at New York University, Prague campus since 2003, and one of the student leaders of the revolution in 1989. Wrote four books.
