What
We are one year on from covid. Covid supercharged home office. Initial thoughts from the real estate professionals predicted a reduction in office space needs 10-15% going forward once the situation stabilizes. Since then we are in a financial crisis with energy costs (passed on to tenants). A snapshot on the situation will be provided within the AmCham Real Estate Council thematic event:
