When President Harry Truman and his advisors were deciding the purpose of US foreign policy in the aftermath of World War II, he argued to Congress that “we must support free peoples who are resisting attempted subjugation by armed minorities or by outside pressures” so they could “work out their destinies in their own way."
Today we are the free peoples working out our destinies in our own way, and increasingly finding ways to support each other remain free and increase prosperity.
AmCham would like to celebrate another year of being free people in the Czech Republic and all the contributions made that highest of human goals by our members and our partners in government, universities, and many parts of our thriving society.
