AmCham Human Resource Committee: The Innovative Workforce with Daria Loi of Avast, Milan Šlapák of GE Aviation, and Ondřej Krajíček of Y Soft.

Daria Loi has built teams focused on constantly changing what the product is and how it is made. She now is working with Avast.

Milan Slapak manages what may be the most innovative project in the Czech Republic: a new design of a turboprop aircraft engine using additive manufacturing to reduce the weight of the engine while increasing its performance. He is building innovative teams not only in GE, but across business and academic borders with CVUT.

Ondrej Krajicek of YSoft manages innovation at YSoft, one of the country’s most successful start-ups. Ysoft has leapt category boundaries as it has moved from software to hardware, and from printing to manufacturing.
