With vaccines arriving in country, companies will soon have some decisions to make. Vaccinated people mean the business can operate with fewer restrictions. Companies with full teams of vaccinated could conceivably operate without the elaborate precautions that have cost time, money and maybe even productivity. However, not all employees are eager to be vaccinated. How much should companies insist or encourage vaccinations? What laws frame company decisions on vaccination? The AmCham Human Resource Committee will be addressing vaccination policy with Martin Kramar of SKILS on its Friday Core Call (January 29, 9 am).
