Climate change and compliance to new ESG rules are changing the formula for financing investment. The magnitude of the change is causing complaint and pushback, but a major part of the European economy is already making hard commitments to the change.

How will the Czech economy be impacted? How will your industry change its investment practices? What can you do to make sure your company takes a realistic approach to how ESG (and its underlying causes) develops?

As part of its Assessment session introduced during COVID, the AmCham Board of Directors has asked a panel of leading experts to discuss the changing calculations for investment in their respective industries. Munir Nanji of Citibank will provide an overview of how the banking sector has altered their risk assessment models. Martin Skrehota of Carrier will provide a global view on how manufacturing investment will be affected. Pavel Kliment of KPMG and Pavel Sovicka of Panattoni will cover changes to the real estate sector. Violeta Luca of Microsoft will address shifts in the digital economy.
