PM Fiala's foreign policy advisor Tomáš Pojar will provide an update of how the government views the situation in Ukraine and relationships in the EU after several rounds of negotiations over energy supply and military support.
Russia increasingly relies on its quantity advantage of old weapons while Ukraine is introducing newly acquired high tech weaponry from Europe and the US. How will that shift the lines of battle? Can the EU find a solution to Russia's use of energy as a weapon?
