Let us invite you for Amcham Annual Real Estate Market Review and Outlook: The impact of Covid-19 on the real estate market (originally planned for March 2020) which will be held on September 23 at 9.30 – 11.00 online (due to the current epidemiological situation).

What is the current state of the real estate market in Prague and in the Czech Republic, what impact has Covid had on real estate market as the whole and what is the outlook for the particular markets? What threats and opportunities to expect? Can we predict tomorrow at all?

Real estate experts from CTP (Bert Hesselink, Research & Data Management Director), JLL (Blanka Vačkova, Director, Head of Research), CBRE (Jana Prokopcová, Head of Research & Marketing - Associate Director and Klára Bejblová, Head of Research & Consulting) and 108 Agency(Michal Bílý, Research Analyst) will go deep in discussing examples of what is happening on the market and how the market will develop in the next few months.
