Come to see the distribution center in full power before Christmas!
General Manager od Amazon Fulfillment Center, Michal Šmíd, will show us how logistics can be bettered and taken to next level (using e.g. the "mirror effect" or robots).
Use this oportunity to have a look & ask about the operation, investments, technology or workforce related issues. Places limited.
A bus will take us to Dobrovíz (coming 8:45 and leaving 9:00 sharp from Intercontinental hotel, near AmCham offices).

- Over EUR 150 million invested in CZ since 2013.
- 4,500 employees in CZ by the end of 2018 in Amazon PRG2 and Prague Corporate offices combines. 2500 temporary jobs in Amazon PRG2 during Peak 2018 season.
- 1 FC: Prague Dobrovíz (PRG2) opened in 2015.
- 2018 Amazon minimum wage rise: CZK 150 for T1 positions CZK 190 for T3 positions
- PRG2: 95,000 sq. m. of space, own Amazon train station near PRG2 for convenient transportation opened in 2016
