Regular meeting of HR Committee members followed by a10min talk on Diversity & Inclusion - Lessons Learned at Česká spořitelna.

The talk will be driven by Jitka Schmiedová, HR Director of ČS.

Topics will include:

  • Why is diversity important to an organization’s success?
  • How did Ceska Sporitelna go about it? Was it a top-down approach? How was resistance by management or staff overcome?
  • What are some steps we can take to provide a more inclusive environment? What were the lessons CS learned that we can apply in our own organizations?
