The Prague branch of the Eversheds Sutherland law firm continues to expand its ranks and welcomed a new senior associate, Kristýna Nováková, in September 2025.

Kristýna focuses primarily on labor law, contract law, and litigation.

She also specializes in consumer law and e-commerce, areas in which she has many years of experience working with the European Commission. In addition to her legal practice, she also publishes and engages in media activities, and her name regularly appears in both professional and mainstream media.

Kristýna graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she also obtained her JUDr. degree in 2022. In addition to Czech, she speaks English.

"I am delighted to have become part of the Eversheds Sutherland team. I appreciate the opportunity to participate in interesting legal projects and look forward to working with colleagues across disciplines." said Kristýna Nováková.

The Prague branch of Eversheds Sutherland has been operating for 21 years, and six years ago it became part of the global network, allowing it to provide clients with comprehensive legal support across all major jurisdictions. In 2023, it formed an alliance with the second-largest law firm in China, King & Wood Mallesons. This partnership in the international legal market provides clients of both law firms with the services of more than 6,000 lawyers. Eversheds Sutherland regularly ranks at the top of international rankings such as Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000, and Legal 500. In the Czech Law Firm of the Year competition, the Prague office team is recommended in seven areas of law. In August 2025, the firm merged with the law firm Kropáček LEGAL, significantly strengthening its position, particularly in the area of real estate law.
