AmCham´s HR Committee meets every last Friday of the month and part of the meeting is a deeper analysis on one current topic. On top of it, usually 2 bigger events a year are organised.
On Fall 2017 the bigger event was on the theme Employer Branding. Then at the HR Committee meeting in November the group listened to the presentation on Retention analytics (you can download the presentation HERE)) and then discussed both topics (i.e. what the group has taken from the panel discussion on Employer branding & how can be used and adapted analysis on retention).
