New Tax Procedural Code Approved
The Chamber of Deputies approved new Tax Procedural Code today. AmCham Finance Committee has been a partner to the Finance Ministry while drafting the bill and contributed significantly to its approved wording...
The bill has been approved with several amendments of the Parliament's Budget Committee and will now be submitted to the Senate and the President. If passed, the bill will come into force on January 1, 2011.
