Building Act Amendment delayed
The Regional Development Ministry decided to delay works on the extensive draft Building Act Amendment by half-year and proposed December 31 as a new date for its submission to the Government.
AmCham has informed the Ministry about incoherent bill interpretation with regard to the acquisition of the rights arising from the building permit when transferring a property.
