Civil Code 2008
Ministry of Justice has prepared a draft new Civil Code which is to be finalized in course of 2008. AmCham is a partner to the Ministry in consultations over the Code and continues to comment on the submitted proposal to ensure the representation of its members in the final wording of the Code.
Commercial Code 2008
Apart from specific issues such as financial collateral or comercial registration, AmCham is following the preparatory works on the new Commercial Code. Once the complete draft is presented, AmCham was invited by the Justice Ministry to help shape its final version.
e-Government Legislation
