AmCham Real Estate Committee met to discuss and plan upcoming activities. Members of the committee are asked to come up with ideas and proposals regarding 2012 Best Office publication preparation. You can find minutes attached.

1. Opening text 

• REC to come up with the ideas (before the next committee meeting) of who should prepare the opening text – inspirational leader from the industry
• Doesn´t need to be necessarily a member of AmCham

2. Tenant checklist

• To have the first draft ready by May 8th (to be discussed during next committee meeting)
• Will have commercial and legal part
• To be prepared by:
  • TVO Europe Holdings (M. Gomezova)
  • Professionals (T. Duda)
  • Weinhold Legal (O. Martinec) + Ambruz Dark (L. Němcová) + Dvořák & spol. (M. Wija)

3. Recognized best practices

• REC to recognize up to 5 break-through best practices in FM and energy efficiency and publish those case studies as part of BO – better look at SMEs companies as examples 
• REC to come up with proposals of case studies – companies/topics before the next committee meeting where 5 of the best ones will be selected
• Members that already mentioned to deliver some proposals:
  • Optimal Facility (R. Andreoli, R. Domácí)
  • Regus Business Centre (S. Dupaux)
  • TVO Europe Holdings (M. Gomezova)

4. Interviews

• Up to 5 interviews - Interviewing people building innovative organization
• REC to come up with proposals of topics/persons that  should be interviewed

5. Outcome from events organized by RE Committee (summary, conclusion, recommendation) – prepared by moderator / driver of the event

• 1. outcome from event on Facility management (M. Gomezova)
• 2. Civil Code changes related to RE from 2014
