Minutes from HR Committee meeting held on January 25, 2013
AmCham HR Committee met on January 25 to discuss and plan upcoming activities. New Future of... series concept was introduced and HR Committee discussed its possible participation and contribution to individual themes. 2013 Best Office publication was discussed and overall theme of this issue was announced: Future of Work. The content and appropriate speakers of the upcoming event on How to create balance between employer and employee? were discussed and proposed.

CSR Committee - Meeting Minutes
Please see the Committee meeting minutes (January 10) and agenda with supplementing details. The Committee is discussing issues that seniors are struggling with in the Czech Republic and if companies can see some business opportunities in this segment or if they focus on philanthropic projects only. While preparing a debate, we are looking for examples of companies that would like to help with solving issues of seniors e.g. by developing special product or service as a part of their CSR strategy.
