Making alliances, mergers and acquisitions work: the global coaching approach by Philippe Rosinski
November 25, 2010 Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, Freyova 33, Prague 9
Are alliances, mergers and acquisitions doomed to not deliver the expected synergies and to even often destroy shareholder value? What can organizations do to address the cultural dimension, that is the number one failure factor? Discover the global coaching approach, which treats cultural differences as an opportunity rather than as an obstacle. Global coaching builds unity in diversity through a variety of methods, including the use of the Cultural Orientations Framework assessment and the intercultural coaching of integration and mixed-project teams. This should follow on logically from last year’s well attended and successful “HR panel discussion on Leadership in a cross-cultural environment” in the Mandarin Hotel. And it should also provide more answers to the difficult questions faced by that varied and eminent panel. Speakers: - Philippe Rosinski, An internationally renowned speaker and author on multi-cultural aspects of leadership - Roman Cabálek, Country Manager of Microsoft - Giovanni Guidi, Head of Consumer Finance of UniCredit Bank Moderator: - Jan Valdinger, Managing Director of Change Partnership PHILIPPE ROSINSKI’S pioneering work in bringing the crucial intercultural dimension into the practice of coaching has won him worldwide acclaim. The first European to be designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, he is a leading expert in executive coaching, team coaching and global leadership development. He is currently principal of Rosinski & Company, a global consulting firm that helps leaders, teams and organizations unleash their human potential to achieve sustainable high performance. He is an MBA professor for global managers at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo, Japan. For more information, visit www.philrosinski.com and www.globalcoaching.pro.
