Organization excellence / business opportunities

We will be organizing a larger event in April of next year, and are looking for a suitable location. These are the constraints:

• Should be in April from Friday to Sunday, plus 2 days of set-up and breakdown
• Not on Easter weekend
• At least 4000m2 of space
• One or two larger rooms is preferablesmaller conference-type rooms are not
• Should be on a metro line
• Must be able to accommodate 2000 players (it's a tournament)

We will also need a number of hotel rooms for this event. We'll likely need some 600+ rooms for the weekend, mostly budget rooms, and 50+ rooms for the organizers (a few days before and after).
