Newly appointed chairman of AmCham´s HR Committee Ladislav Kucera, Managing Director of Hays Czech Republic, whose main goal as the Committee chairman is to work on increasing the value of HR within companies so that HR should be the first item addressed as part of any company´s strategy, would like to know your opinion about Human Resources in organizations in 2017 and for this purpose has prepared the questionnaire.
