First Joint Finance and IT committee meeting was held on January 19.  AmCham members discussed Company internal processes from many different perspectives.

How to communicate internal processes?, Why we need processes for nearly everthing?, How IT (dept.) should talk to the rest of the building ( company)?,  Efficiency of work – automation, paperless , and How to communicate changes with employees.
